The Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) is a multi-stakeholder partnership, to help countries assess the impacts of their climate policies. It helps increase the MRV capacities of countries and supports them in building their transparency framework to advance their NDCs. ICAT provides methodologies and tools developed based on best practice and tailored to country needs and priorities, including those related to sustainable development and mobilizing finance. 30 partner countries are engaged with ICAT to advance evidence-based policy-making to advance climate action.
