The focus in 2025
The Global NDC Conference 2025 (held 11-13 June 2025 in Berlin) came at a critical moment for global climate action. With the latest round of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under review and the need for increased ambition clearer than ever, this edition focused on fostering the rapid and effective translation of NDC commitments into implementation and investment plans. The aim was to catalyse such ambition and ease access to financial flows from a broad donor landscape.
300+ participants from around the world engaged in peer discussions and hands-on breakout sessions, addressing emerging needs and opportunities in climate governance, investment mobilisation, and private sector engagement in bridging the climate finance gap.
