In order for the conference organizers to cover and arrange your travel to and accommodation for the Global NDC Conference 2023, we require your consent to the following data privacy statements:

I consent that my personal data specified above will be transmitted by GIZ to the GIZ partner NDC Partnership (NDCP) for the purpose of booking a hotel. More information about the data transfer and the processing purpose(s) can be found in our Data Privacy Policy under “4.2 Travel form for optional flight and hotel bookings”. I agree. I consent that my personal data specified above will be transmitted by GIZ to the GIZ partner the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the purpose of booking a flight. More information about the data transfer and the processing purpose(s) can be found in our Data Privacy Policy under “4.2 Travel form for optional flight and hotel bookings”. I agree. If you would like us to take care of the flight booking and support with visa procedure (for example, by issuing supporting documentation), kindly note that your data will be transferred to UNDP, based in the United States. Therefore, the EU-regulation of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) won't be available in the country and other data privacy regulations will apply. I agree.

Public rights concerning data storage and processing

You have the right to inquire at any time about the type of data processing, and to have the data corrected if they are incorrect, or to demand that their processing be restricted or that the data be deleted after the conference has taken place. Furthermore, you may withdraw your consent at any time to the use of photos and recordings. Please email the withdrawal of your consent to info [at] globalndcconference.org. This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing of your data before your consent was withdrawn.
