1. Aligning NDCs and Long-Term Low Emissions Development Strategies

Countries and implementing partners (1) deepen their understanding of the linkages between LTS and NDCs, as well as considerations of other related national strategies and frameworks (SDGs, NAPs, etc.), and how to advance both ambition and implementation; (2) learn from different case studies in which countries are integrating NDCs and LTS; (3) learn from different implementing and development partners how they are aligning support for LTS and NDC integration; and (4) there is an enhanced common understanding of concrete next steps to enhance planning at the national level related to the integration of NDCs into LTS. The target audience are representatives from countries, implementing and development partners providing technical assistance related to LT-LEDS/LTS.
